Are your products genuine?
Yes. ShopeeDive is an authorized dealer for every brand we carry. Every item ships with the manufacturer's original warranty.
I don't know my size — can you help?
Of course. Send your height, weight, and chest/waist measurements via WhatsApp (+66 87 466 1100) and we'll recommend the right size for any wetsuit, BCD, or bootie.
Can I rent gear instead of buying?
We focus on sales, not rental. For daily rental, our charter partners include full gear in the trip price — see Yacht charter.
What certification agency do you teach?
Both PADI and SSI. The certifications are equivalent and recognised worldwide. Pick whichever fits your schedule — see Courses.
Do you service regulators from other shops?
Yes. Our workshop services all major brands regardless of where you bought them. See Service for the price list.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes — free pickup at our Chalong shop. Select 'Pickup' at checkout and we'll have it ready within a few hours.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfer for orders over ฿20,000, and cash on pickup.
